This criminal petition is filed by petitioner - accused No.4, under section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.86 of 2015 of Chitvel Police Station, Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 353, 307, 120(b), 379 read with Section 149 I.P.C., Section 20(i)(c)(ii),(iii)(vi), Section 29(iv) (a) of A.P. Forest Act, 1974, Rules 3 & 4 of Sander Wood Transit Act, 1969 and Section 3 of PDPP Act, 1984. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner-accused No.4.
