Mr.Tagore Bala, learned counsel for the petitioner, requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition with full details.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
