THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 19479 of 2016 ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare for the State of Telangana representing the respondents 1 to 3 and 5. At their request, the Writ Petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage. Since this Court is not adjudicating the case on merits, it may not be necessary to hear respondent No.4, who is arrayed as proforma respondent.

2. Inaction of respondent No.1 in hearing the revision along with stay application filed on 08.06.2016 filed against order dated 30.04.2016 passed by respondent No.5 in C.M.A. No.22 of 2011 confirming the order dated 05.08.2005 passed by respondent No.2 in LTR Case No.272/2000/DPT, is the subject matter of challenge in this Writ Petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if no order is passed by respondent No.1 in the aforesaid Revision, the petitioner would be put to great hardship. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare submits that a direction may be given to

respondent No.1-revisional authority to pass appropriate order in the revision, if the revision is filed and still pending consideration, in accordance with the procedure.

Having regard to the submissions made, without going into merits of the case, respondent No.1 is directed to dispose of the Revision filed by the petitioner against order dated 30.04.2016 passed by respondent No.5 in C.M.A. No.22 of 2011, if the same is pending and is otherwise in order, as early as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, status quo as on today shall be maintained with regard to the property in question.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
