ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.4 of 2017,pending on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471, 447, 323, 506 read with 34 IPC and Section 4 of the A.P. Land Grabbing Prohibition Act, on various grounds. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to permit the petitioner to file petition under Section 239 Cr.P.C. for discharge.

Without going into the merits of the grounds, the criminal petition is disposed of at the stage of admission giving liberty to the petitioner to file petition under Section 239 Cr.P.C.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
