The present Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed with the following prayer: "to issue a direction, order or writ of Mandamus: a. Declare the action of the Respondents in showing the petitioner as not qualified in Paper III (English) in the Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board Test 2016 as arbitrary, illegal, unjust and violative further of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India.

b. Consequently direct the respondents to declare the petitioner as qualified in English after satisfying itself that there has been no error either in valuation of paper or carrying out the marks in the Mark Memorandum and direct that the petitioner be appointed as Stipendary Cadet Trainee Sub-Inspector to which the petitioner is eligible as per Merit obtained by her c. Further direct the Respondents to compute and release all the benefits including seniority and monetary benefits to which petitioner would be entitled to on granting the declaration and direction sought for herein." 2.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services produced the answer paper of the petitioner and also the Memorandum, dated 13.10.2017 showing that recounting of marks was done and no change of marks are found. He also produced the proceedings, dated 21.11.2016, wherein the procedure for valuation of descriptive papers was mentioned.

Perused the answer sheet of the petitioner and the marks awarded to her and recounting of the marks was also done and found marks awarded to the petitioner are correct. In view of the same, I do not see any merit in the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
