There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner inspite of listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. There was no representation on 19.09.2019 on behalf of the petitioner.

However, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 informed the Court that the matter is settled between the parties outside the Court and no further cause would survive in the present Criminal Revision Case. Since the said submission was not rebutted, an opportunity was given to the petitioner to verify the same.

Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Criminal Revision Case diligently. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
