Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or writ one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent No.5 in Notice No. 1432/M/2002, dt. 21-08-2009 and Notice No. 1432/M/2002, dt. 03.12.2009 in proceedings to evict as arbitrary, illegal, unjust unconstitutional, in competent and in violation of principles of natural justice and the orders of 1st respondent, consequently call for the records in the proceedings and set aside the same. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support there of and the High Court order dated 24/12/2009, 31-12-2009 and 19-1-2010 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Smt. N.
