This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 12.9.2017, in I.A.No.390 of 2017 in I.A.No.464 of 2016 in O.S.No.1497 of 2016 on the file of the learned VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam.

At the hearing, Ms. C.Sindhu Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition, in view of filing of Civil Revision Petition No.5005 of 2017, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to pursue the said Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel, CRPMP.No.6609 of 2017 stands dismissed as infructuous.
