Learned counsel for the petitioner reported that the complainant/1st respondent filed an application under Sections 255 & 257 Cr.P.C. seeking permission to withdraw the C.C.No.403 of 2011 and the same was allowed on 19.10.2011 and since the C.C.No.403 of 2011 was dismissed as withdrawn, the criminal petition becomes infructuous in view of the compromise between the parties and withdrawal of the C.C.No.403 of 2011.

Recording the said submissions, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to it, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
