Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is no more and requests the Court to place on record the present stage. The issue relates to FIR No.9/ ACB-CIU-HYD/ 2012 dated 09.07.2012 etc. and the petitioner has made different prayers against each one of the FIRs referred in writ prayer. This Court is of the view that having regard to the nature of allegations in respective FIRs and that the cause in the writ petition does not survive to legal representatives, the writ petition can be dismissed.
