Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for habeas corpus directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to produce one Sabhana @ Farzana, D/o. Nazar Mastanvalli ("the alleged detenue") before this Court and set her free. At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the writ petition, the custody of the alleged detenue was handed over to respondent No.5. This submission is also confirmed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (AP).
