HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR SECOND APPEAL No.398 of 2012 JUDGMENT:

Advocate for appellants represented that he filed a joint memo dated 24.11.2015 seeking permission to withdraw second appeal as appellants and 2nd respondent herein jointly sold the property to Sri B.Naveen Reddy and executed a registered document on 26.08.2015 and handed over possession to said Sri B.Naveen Reddy.

2. Considering the submission of advocate for appellants, this second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
