HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.13551 of 2016 ORDER :

The grievance of the petitioner is that on verification of the OMR sheet in relation to Telangana and Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test (SET-TS&AP)-2014, certain mistakes have occurred especially in computing the marks scored by the petitioner. As per the petitioner, the verification of OMR sheet revealed that he is entitled to be awarded with 36 marks, whereas, only 34 marks have been allotted. Hence, the writ petition seeking a direction to correct the said anomaly.

2. Sri Ch.Jagannadh Rao, learned Advocate appearing for respondents submits that the petitioner had not approached the respondents pointing out the anomaly, and if the petitioner approaches the respondents, they shall take necessary corrective steps, if warranted, after verification.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for respondents, petitioner is directed to approach the respondents within one week from today by making a representation and the same shall be disposed of within one week thereafter by the respondents. Subject to the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
