Heard Sri Mehdi Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioners. None appears for the respondents.

2. This Revision Petition is filed challenging the Order dt.24-10-2013 in I.A.No.785 of 2013 in O.A.No.24 of 2013 of the A.P. State Wakf Tribunal, Hyderabad insofar as it had directed Wakf Board itself to manage the affairs of the subject Wakf Institution while suspending the proceedings dt.10-06-2013 under which the 2nd respondent was appointed by 1st respondent to manage the Wakf.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the Court below ought to have directed the consideration of the claims of the petitioners to manage the subject Wakf Institution instead of imposing the above condition. He also contended that the Court below ought not to have observed that the suspension of the proceedings mentioned above would not automatically give rise to a right to the petitioners' or any of its office bearers or members to continue to function as Managing Committee or to interfere with managerial affairs of the Wakf Board.

4. This Order had passed on 24-10-2013 by the Court below in I.A.No.785 of 2013 and two years have been elapsed since then.

Therefore, I am of the considered opinion that at this stage, it is not proper to interfere with the said order in exercise of the power of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 5.

Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the AP State Wakf Tribunal, Hyderabad to decide the O.A.No.24 of 2013 expeditiously within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order uninfluenced by any observations made in the impugned order after giving opportunity to both sides. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
