THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4076 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 03.07.2012 in I.A.No.801 of 2010 in O.S.No.233 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the I-Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ongole.

As per the office note, O.S.No.233 of 2010 was disposed of on 10.12.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the above suit was dismissed for default and I.A.No.29 of 2015 is pending. As on today no suit is pending.

In view of the office note, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a similar type of application, if the suit is restored. There shall be no order as to costs.
