This Court made the following:

ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons and in the circumstances stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioners herein pray in the interests of justice that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, calling for the records, pertaining to order dated 05.11.2003 in O.A. No.1243 of 2003 on the file of Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and unconstitutional and declare the same as void ab initio, null and void and no nest in the eyes of law and pass such other and further order or orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Registry has posted this Writ Petition under the caption 'Covered Matters'. At the hearing, none appears for the petitioner. Having perused the record, we are satisfied that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dated 03.10.2005, passed by a Division Bench of this Court, in Writ Petition No.25805 of 2003 and batch. Hence, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, in terms of the above mentioned order in Writ Petition No.25805 of 2003 and batch.
