.....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein,the High Court may be pleased to pass an order or Writ or direction declaring the action of the respondents in attempting to take away the assigned lands of the petitioners in violation of the provisions of the right to fair compensation and transparency in land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act,2013 (Act No. 30 of 2013) as also the A.P. Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfer) Act,1977 without payment of compensation even though the notification for land acquisition bearing reference No. RCG.1.5084/2014 dated 0403-2015 did not notify their lands as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to pay suitable
compensation as per law in the event of the requirement of the petitioner's lands located at Gani village, Gadivemula Mandal, Kurnool District, A.P.,.

Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C. Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in W.P. the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners 1 to 67 from the land assigned to them detailed in the table mentioned in the petition except as per the procedure prescribed under the law pending WP No. 21023 of 2015 on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI A SRINATH Advocate for the Petitioners and the Court made the following. G.P Seeks further time to file counter.
