THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14903 of 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in harassing and threatening the petitioner with dire consequences at the behest of respondent No.5 for payment of Rs.2,50,000/- allegedly due by the petitioner to respondent No.5.
The petitioner states that respondent No.4 sent Constable to his house and business premises and has been exerting pressure on him to pay the amount. Since it is a case of use of power for extraneous purposes, it is open to the petitioner to bring it to the notice of the second respondent with regard to the undue exercise of power by respondent Nos.3 and 4. This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of giving such liberty to the petitioner. As and when the petitioner approaches the second respondent, the second respondent shall take necessary action in accordance with law. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
