Nandimandalm Ramachandra Reddy v. The Superintendent Of Police,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22895 OF 2011 DATED: 08.06.2015 Between:
Nandimandalm Ramachandra Reddy .. Petitioner And The Superintendent of Police, YSR District Kadapa, and others.
.. Respondents THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22895 of 2011 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the police authorities were interfering with his rights over his house property in Madakalavari Palli, Badvel Town, YSR Kadapa District, at the instance of the 4th respondent. The Sub-Inspector of Police, Badvel Police Station, filed a counter-affidavit denying the allegation of the petitioner that the police authorities were trying to settle the issue between him and the 4th respondent. He further stated that no case had been registered against the petitioner and therefore the question of summoning him to the police station did not arise. He asserted that the dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent was predominantly civil in nature and
that the police had nothing to do with the same. In the light of the categorical statement made by the police authorities that they never interfered with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent, the writ petition is dismissed duly taking on record the stand of the police authorities as set out in the counter-affidavit. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
