Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent Corporation. 2.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by both the counsel that in view of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.25036 of 2014, no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
