The grievance of the petitioners is that they made representations on 28-05-2016, 27-10-2016 and 05-01-2017 for regularization of the subject lands under G.O.Ms.No.118, dated 30-03-2016 and G.O.Ms.No.301, dated 05-07-2016 stating that they have purchased the subject lands under registered sale deeds. As the same are not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to dispose of the representations of the petitioners in accordance with law and take action. Till such time, the petitioners shall not be evicted from the subject lands.
