After hearing the arguments for sometime when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy as may be available to them under law. Interim order, if any, granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
