Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks direction to the court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tenali to dispose of O.S.No.229 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/ defendant would submit that the petitioner is an old lady of aged about hundred years. If the suit is not decided during her life time, she will not have the opportunity to enjoy the fruits of the decree.

Keeping in view the age of the petitioner, who is a hundred years old lady, I hereby direct the court below to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, positively within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
