This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in issuing the impugned proceedings No.APTDC/Admo/Pl /8a /2O 10, dated 26.03.2011 in not considering case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Deputy Manager as illegal and arbitrary, to set aside the same and consequently, to direct the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Deputy Manager in the existing vacancies by considering the petitioner representations dated 18.05.20 1 I, 07 .O9.2O1 l, 18.06.2012 and 13.O2.2O 13 and pass such orders which this Court deems ht and just.

L,earned counsel for the petitioner submits that consequent to the interim direction given by this Court dated 02.O4.2013 in W.P.M.P.No. 10053 of 2013 the case of the petitioner was considered and he was promoted accordingly and therefore, no further orders are necessary.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
