THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO M.A.C.M.A.No.661 OF 2011 JUDGMENT:

On 16.11.2018, there was no representation for the learned counsel for the appellant. Hence, this Court directed to list the matter on 23.11.2018 under the caption 'for Dismissal'. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, again there is no representation either for the appellant-APSRTC or its counsel, both in the forenoon and afternoon sessions. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. The appellant shall deposit the entire compensation amount before the Tribunal to the credit of the O.P. along with costs and interest, after deducting the amounts if any already deposited, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such deposit, the respondent is entitled to withdraw the same.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
