This Review Interlocutory Application has been filed with a prayer to review the order dated 16.09.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.27913 of 2025.

Learned counsel petitioner contends that the petitioner's father is an IRS officer belonging to Group-A Central Service as such the case of the petitioner be considered under the quota of the children of Central

HCJ (AKrS, J) & GMM, J W.P.No.27913 of 2025 Government Employees in the ongoing counselling process admission to MBBS/BDS course for the academic year 2025-26.

Learned counsel for the University has not opposed the same.

In view of the above, paras 6 & 7 of the order dated 16.09.2025 in Writ Petition No.27933 of 2025 shall be read as under:

"6. In that view of the matter, the instant Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the University with the requisite certificates for being treated as 'local candidate' in the ongoing counselling process admission to MBBS/BDS course for the academic year 2025-26.

7. Inasmuch as the petitioner's father is an IRS Officer working with the Central Government, the petitioner satisfies the criteria to be considered as 'local candidate'. Accordingly, petitioner shall be considered on par with the children of other Government/All India Services/Corporations/ Public Sector Undertakings and shall be treated as 'local candidate' in the ongoing

HCJ (AKrS, J) & GMM, J W.P.No.27913 of 2025 counselling process admission to MBBS/BDS course for the academic year 2025-26."

Accordingly, aforesaid Review Interlocutory Application is disposed of.

Registry to issue amended copy of the order dated 16.09.2025.
