THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3482 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner herein is Decree Holder and the suit was decreed vide order dated 12.09.2006 in O.S.No.45 of 2006. Thereafter, the petitioner filed EP No.217 of 2006 on the file of III Additional District Judge, Guntur. However, till date the said EP has not been disposed of.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the respondents.

Accordingly, the trial Court is directed to dispose of E.P No.217 of 2006 in O.S No.45 of 2006, as expeditiously, as possible, preferably, within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing both parties. In view of the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this civil revision petition shall stand closed.
