This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order and decree dated 04.05.2018 passed in I.A.No.214 of 2018 in I.A.No.234 of 2016 in O.S.No.334 of 2016 on the file of the Court of XI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, at Secunderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
