HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.803 OF 2013 ORDER:

When the case was called on 05-10-2017, none appeared for the petitioner and hence the case was posted to 13-10-2017. On that day also, none appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, the case was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either during the morning session or during the post lunch session. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. As a sequel to the disposal of this revision, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
