THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.26298 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 in fixing fee of Rs.27,000/- per annum per student for M.B.A. course in respect of petitioner's College for the block period of 2013-14 to 2015-16 as illegal and arbitrary.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 22.9.2016. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in spite of the fact that the matter is coming up under the caption 'For Dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
