THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40396 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the inaction of the first respondent in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2012.

2. The petitioner states that he is the absolute owner of the property in Sy.No.636 of Prashanti Nagar Colony, Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District. He also states that one case in Crime No.254 of 2012 was registered against him on 08.06.2012 under Sections 447, 420, 406, 120B and 506 IPC, and in that connection, he submitted a representation to the first respondent on 26.11.2012 for taking action against the culprits, but no action was taken by the first respondent.

3. The first respondent filed a counter stating that on receipt of the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2012, a detailed enquiry was conducted and copy of the enquiry report was communicated to the petitioner through proper channel. It was further stated that the petitioner was accused in Crime No.254 of 2012 and a charge sheet was filed against him in the Court of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri on 20.11.2012. He obtained anticipatory bail from this Court in Criminal Petition No.8866 of 2012. It was also stated that on the basis of the compliant lodged by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.454 of 2007 was registered and final report was submitted to the concerned Court as lack of evidence.

4. In view of the facts stated above, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
