This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: "...declaring the action of the respondents in not furnishing the particulars of the two cheques bearing Nos.749395, dated 28.11.2015 and 749389 dated 28.12.2015 pursuant to the representation dated 27.09.2015 of the petitioner, as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the respondents bank to furnish the particulars of the said cheques."

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner submitted a representation on 27.09.2015 to the 2nd respondent and till date no orders are passed and hence, he prays to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the same. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation, dated 27.09.2015, submitted by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
