CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.27054 of 2017 Dated:01.9.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Feeling aggrieved by non-implementation of common order, dated 05.11.2015, in respect of Original Application No.4800 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'), some of the applicants therein filed this Writ Petition. At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 has placed before us proceedings in Rc.No.A5/B2/673/2016, dated 30.08.2017, of respondent No.1, wherein, while fixing the notional seniority of the petitioners on par with DSC-2012 candidates based on their joining date, has directed the Head Masters concerned to implement the order of the Tribunal by fixing their notional pay and for payment of monetary benefits from the date of their joining into service and to submit a compliance report.

Mr. P.Veerabhadra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, has expressed am apprehension that the official respondents may take unreasonably long time to implement the direction to pay the monetary benefits to the petitioners. The learned Government Pleader has submitted that in order to pay the monetary benefits to the petitioners, the Head Masters concerned have to fix their notional pay in the Revised Pay

CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.27054 of 2017 Dated:01.9.2017 Scales, 2015 and that this process would be completed within six weeks from today.

In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, placing on record the submission of the learned Government Pleader regarding the time schedule within which the pay fixation will be done and the monetary benefits are extended to the petitioners.
