THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.3895 and 3897 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

These two Writ Petitions are filed challenging the action of respondents 3 and 4 in trying to dispossess the petitioners from the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.3.73 cents each in Survey No.341 of 75, situated in Tyalluru Village, Pedakurapadu Mandal, Guntur District.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submitted that the allegation of the petitioners that respondents 3 and 4 visited the agricultural land of the petitioners on 02.02.2018 and threatened to dispossess them is not true and completely false. However, stated that they are busy with the visitors of the dignitaries from 01.02.2018 and 03.02.2018. 3.

In view of the same and in the absence of any basis for apprehension, Writ Petitions cannot be entertained and accordingly, these two Writ Petitions are dismissed.
