Heard Sri Rajareddy Koneti for petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader (Land Acquisition) for respondents 2 and 3. The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring Notification Ref.No.C1/ 201/ 2016 dated 19-07-2016 and Declaration Lr.No.C1/ 349/ 2016 dated 26-09-2016 of 2nd respondent notifying to acquire an extent of Ac.1-43 cents and Ac.0-14 cents respectively in Sy.Nos.53/ 3B and 53/ 3D of Dharmajigudem Revenue Village, Lingapalem Mandal, West Godavari District, without considering the objections dated 15-09-2016 and 31-10-2016, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Act 30 of 2013.

At request of respondents, the writ petition was adjourned from 05-12-2016 to today.

The Assistant Government Pleader, places on record, the counter affidavit of 3rd respondent and also the consideration of objection raised by petitioner and how the apprehension of the petitioner is sought to be addressed.

Sri V.R.Reddy Kovurri requests the Court to place on record the consideration of petitioner's objection and assurance of respondents and dispose of the writ petition. The relevant portion of the proceedings dated 29-09-2016 filed along with the counter affidavit reads thus:-

7. Representation of Sri Siri Agro Objection petition was after Tech Industry:
