HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.30634 of 2017 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 4th September 2017 passed in O.A.No.2538 of 2017, whereby, the interim order sought by the petitioners has not been granted.

We note, on 04.10.2017, this Court passed the following order in WPMP.No.38165 of 2017 :
"This application is filed for directing the respondents not to take up selections relating to selection of In-service candidates i.e. Inservice A.E.Os for studying B.Sc. (Agr.) course on deputation as per the new selection procedure mentioned in letter, dated 27.7.2017 of the Registrar, Acharya N.G.Ranga Agricultural University, Guntur.
By order, dated 12.9.2017, this Court has suspended memo No.2085/Agr./OV/A1/2017, dated 25.7.2017, however leaving the respondents free to sponsor the candidates strictly in terms of G.O.Ms.No.77, Food and Agriculture (Agrl.II) Department, dated 05.3.1981. As opined in order, dated 12.9.2017, the impugned memo runs contrary to G.O.Ms.No.77, dated 05.3.1981 and therefore, the same cannot be permitted to be acted upon. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to sponsor the candidates for pursuing B.Sc. (Agriculture) course strictly in terms of G.O.Ms.No.77, dated 05.3.1981 for the academic year

The case of the petitioners is that the respondents are making recruitments in violation of the terms of G.O.Ms.No.77, dated 05.03.1981, whereas, vide order dated 04.10.2017, this Court directed the respondents to sponsor candidates for pursuing B.Sc. (Agriculture) course strictly in terms of G.O.Ms.No.77, dated 05.03.1981, for the academic year 2017-18, ignoring Memo No.2085/Agr./OV/A1/2017, dated 25th July 2017.

Pursuant to the aforesaid order, dated 04.10.2017, passed by this Court, the learned Tribunal has closed the O.A.No.2538 of 2017 vide its order dated 05.03.2018.

Since the respondents are selecting the candidates in terms of G.O.Ms.No.77, dated 05.03.1981, as directed by this Court in the order dated 04.10.2017, nothing remains in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
