CVNR,J & TR,J F.C.A.No.13 of 2016 21.02.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal arises out of order and decree, dated 02.11.2015, in G.W.O.P.No.160 of 2011 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-XII Additional District Judge, Guntur. 2.

On 20.02.2017, none appeared for the appellant when the case was called. Therefore, the case was directed to be posted under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, when the case, which is posted under the said caption, is called, no one represented the appellant. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the appellant is not interested in pursing his cause in the appeal.

The Family Court Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, F.C.A.M.P.No.30 of 2016 filed by the appellant for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
