THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 4559 of 2011 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner in this case is that the police authorities did not take any action upon her complaint dated 13.02.2011. The said complaint seems to have been made against the fourth respondent herein. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, basing on the written instructions received from the Station House Officer, Raidurg Police Station, Cyberabad, informed this Court that upon the petitioner's complaint a case in Crime
No.73 of 2011 under Sections 323, 290 and 506 I.P.C was registered on the file of the Raidurg Police Station, Cyberabad, and the fourth respondent was arrayed therein as accused No.1 while her husband was accused No.2. The matter was stated to be under investigation at that point of time. These written instructions were furnished in March, 2011.
As the grievance of the petitioner was as to the alleged inaction of the police authorities on her complaint and as the facts aforestated demonstrate that this grievance stood redressed by registration of a crime, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
