Heard both sides and perused the material on record. Without prejudice to the rights and contest of both parties, the revision is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner/ plaintiff to file fresh application for appointment of advocate-commissioner with reference to FMV for field/S. No.53 and 52 and to demarcate the property of the plaintiff and his father, Apparao in S.No.53 and the property of the second defendant, Hema Kumari in S.No.52, as the case may be and with reference to the respective pattas, through Mandal Surveyor. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
