THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4672 of 2015 Order: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) It appears that on a complaint made by the petitioner, the Government has taken action in the matter by issuing a notice dated 03.12.2014. In spite of issuing notice for taking action, it is not being followed up at all by the Government is the complaint of the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) submits that his clients will take action pursuant to the complaint. We therefore direct the respondent authorities to take appropriate action in the matter. At the same time, we also give liberty to the petitioner, in the event action is not taken, to approach the Land Grabbing Court under Section 8 of the A.P Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982, as this legal provision enables any person to approach the Land Grabbing Court for appropriate orders.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
