THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK WRIT PETITION No.26044 OF 2014 ORDER: (per AKS,J) When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the learned Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for respondent No.1 submitted before the Tribunal that the issue raised in the subject O.A. is squarely covered by the order, dated 25.11.2013, passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.6934 of 2013, which would mean that the petitioners have given consent that the subject O.A. is covered by the order, dated 25.11.2013, passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.6934 of 2013. In such an event, when once the petitioners have given consent for disposal of the subject O.A. in terms of the order, dated 25.11.2013, passed in O.A.No.6934 of 2013, the question of challenging the order passed by the Tribunal in the subject O.A. by way of filing the present Writ Petition would not arise.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
