This transfer criminal petition is filed seeking transfer of C.C.No.528/2014 from the file of the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar to VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, City Criminal Courts, Nampally, Hyderabad. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/de facto complainant as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/accused.

Having perused the material on record and having heard the learned counsel on either side, I see no ground to transfer the case, as sought for.

The Transfer Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
