THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER Writ Petition No.27732 of 2015 Order: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) The present writ petition is filed against a show cause notice dated 17.6.2015 issued by the Commissioner of Central Excise. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
