Summoning the petitioner to police station by respondent and interfering in civil dispute pending between petitioner and his landlord is complained in this writ petition. The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the respondent is not interfering in the civil dispute. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall no order as to costs.
