When the matter is called, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh detailed representation to the 2nd respondentRevenue Divisional Officer, Eluru, West Godavari District, and the same may be directed to be considered in accordance with law. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to make a fresh detailed representation to the 2nd respondent for redressal of her grievance within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is made, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
