The petitioner prays for the following relief: ...this Hon'ble Court to issue a writ order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents as illegal and unconstitutional in interfering with the Petitioner's life, liberty and right to property and further violative of Fundamental Rights enshrined by Articles 14, 16, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently directing the Respondents and their men not to interfere with life, liberty and property, as illegal, unjust, and violative of fundamental rights enshrined by Articles 14, 16, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and against the principles of natural justice, and to pass such...."

On 29.10.2013, basing on instructions, it was recorded that Cr.No.188 of 201 on the file of Anantapur I-Town Police Station was registered and the petitioner herein is arrayed as accused No.5. From the above, it is clear that the petitioner is called to police station or respondents interfering with petitioner's liberty is in accordance with law and in pending crime.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
