.. Respondents The Court made the follow ing:

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P. NAVEEN RAO WRI T PETI TI ON No.42782 of 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is the inaction of the respondent corporation in considering and passing appropriate orders on the representation submitted by him on 20.01.2015. The claim in the representation was to restore two annual increments, which were deferred for the years 2003-04 and 2004-05.

The learned standing counsel for the respondent corporation produced copy of proceedings, dated 04.01.2017, issued by the Regional Manager, Karimnagar - the second respondent herein, whereunder, in consideration of the petitioner's representation, orders are passed rejecting his request.

3.

Since orders are already passed considering the representation of the petitioner, cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed in limine, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, as available in law, if so advised, against proceedings No.LC/WP/785(81)/ 2016-RM:KR, dated 04.01.2017, issued by the second respondent. 5.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
