THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.42873 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside the rowdy sheet No.172-C, dated 17.07.2008 opened against the petitioner.

A counter affidavit has been filed by 2nd respondent, stating that there are as many as eight cases pending against the petitioner, out of which, three are petty cases and rest of them are ended in acquittal before the Lok Adalat.

In view of the above, the writ petition is allowed, setting aside the rowdy sheet No.172-C, dated 17.07.2008 opened against the petitioner. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
