HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.45998 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the respondents to provide Protection to him.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
It is the case of the petitioner that he has close contacts with one Muslim girl and he also converted himself as Muslim. Some of the persons, who relate to the said Muslim girl, are threatening the petitioner herein. He made a complaint through registered post to the respondents on 20.10.2016. But no action has been taken so far. 4.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner has already been recorded in the G.D. and whenever there is necessity to protect the interest of the petitioner, the police are ready to give proper protection in order to maintain law and order in that area.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
