Petition under Section 438 of Cr.p.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Station House Officer, Matwada police Station, Warangal District to release the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.382/2023 of Matwada Police Station, Warangal District. This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon fEaring the arguments of Sri C Sharan Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and the public prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent.

THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.1O8OO OF 2()23 ORDER:

1. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr'P'C' by the petitioner/Accused seeking anticipatory bail in the event of I his arrest in connection with F.I.R.No.382 of 2O23 dated I I t 29.09.2023 on the frle of the Matwada Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences under Sections 406, 417, 42O, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code (for short IPC'). 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

On perusal of the record, since the punishment prescribed for the offences alleged against the petitioner is up to seven years, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Investigating Offrcer in F.I.R.No.382 of 2023 on the file of the Matwada Police Station, Warangal District, to follow the procedure laid down under Section 41-A Cr.P.C and also the guidelines formulated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Anlesh Kumar a. Stote of Bihorr scrupulously. The petitioner shall co-operate with the ' (zor+) r scc zzt I II

Investigating Ofhcer by furnishing information and documents as sought in concluding the investigation.
